Project Description:

The Ohio Developmental Disabilities Council seeks assistance in addressing its policy objectives through the collection and analysis of healthcare and disability data. The Data and Policy Research Grant specifically intends to fund the collection and analysis of data promoting changes in the care delivery system to support individuals with disabilities and their families. A subcontract for this project was awarded to the RTC on Community Living, University of Minnesota. Project deliverables for research agenda development will include: -Conducting two research development meetings with the Public Policy Committee to help frame policy research ideas. -Presenting recommended research projects for the upcoming year to the full Council. -Hosting two DD policy presentations of interested stakeholders and policymakers in addition to the projects sponsored by the Data Policy and Research grant.
