ACS RTC Annual national and state-by-state data collection on status and trends in Medicaid policy

This Research and Training Center on Community Living project integrates surveys of public officials in state agencies with analyses of extant administrative data to maintain a national program of current information on status and trends in Medicaid and related programs that support access to community services for persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities (ID/DD). The data sources in this project are public officials in the 50 states and the District of Columbia who report aggregated state data and two administrative data sets. Medicaid data gathered include ICF/MR settings by size and operation, HCBS recipients and residetial situations, nursing facility residents and federal and state program expenditures. Data are integrated into a data base developed by the Research and Training Center on Community Living that provides comparison data from 1977 until the present year.
