Guam's Early Childhood Home Visiting Program: Project Bisita I Familia
Project Description:
Guam CEDDERS shall provide on-site technical assistance in the expansion of the Guam Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Data Tracking and Surveillance database system to include the necessary data elements and reports, or to establish a separate but integrated data system if need be, necessary for the Affordable Care Act Maternal, Infant, and Early Childhood Home Visiting Program: Project Bisita I Familia using the "Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP)" framework. This includes facilitation of task group meetings to design, implement, test, and monitor the expansion of Guam ChildLink; onsite meetings with Guam EHDI's Consultant in the design of additional queries and reports necessary for Project Bisita I Familia; and training sessions for Project Bisita I Familia staff on the technology and equipment to be used for data collection and reporting.
