Indianapolis Parks & Recreation Evaluation

Project Description:

To conduct external evaluation of the Indy Parks and Recreation 21st Century Community Learning Centers Initiative during the 2011/2012 program year. The program includes eight sites funded by the 21st CCLC grant provided by the Indiana Department of Education. CELL will collect, analyze and report on data required by federal and state evaluations and ensure that Indy Parks and Recreation complies with all measurement requirements. In addition, CELL will consult with program leaders to determine program-level evaluation priorities, conduct site visits, analyze survey and student-level data, consult on issues to data collection and anlysis, and present evaluation results in a manner that enhances utility and contributes to ongoing program improvement.
