Project Description:

Health Care Innovation and Challenge grants are administered by the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation, which is part of CMS, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. HCIC is a 1 billion dollar initiative to fund project with potential to demonstrate delivery of better health care, assure better health, while providing a cost savings and return on investment.
