Self-Determination Peers Project
Project Description:
The goal of the project is to prepare 40 self-determination peers to provide peer support to individuals with disabilities who receive mental health supports to implement the tools of self-determination to direct their services and supports. this will be accomplished through the development of a self-determination tool kit; train the peers to deliver the tool kit; and evaluate the effectiveness of the project's activities.
