Nevada Assistive Technology for Employment Summit
Project Description:
Bringing people with disabilities, professionals from multiple disciplines, employers, policymakers, advocates and others with an interest in AT together to help advance the employability of people with disabilities.
Attending the Nevada Assistive Technology for Employment Summit (NATES) will help establish the needs and potential solutions for Assistive Technology (AT) for employment in the state of Nevada.
The purpose of this conference is to help people understand the role that AT can have in increasing employability of people with disabilities. How AT is determined, obtained and the training required to utilize it are all areas to be explored.
