        Project Description:
Project begins with resource mapping to identify assets and service gaps related to serving youth with disabilities. The resource map is the basis of a strategic plan to assess system's capacity and planning to meet needs of youth with disabilities and employers.
Eight statewide project sites will demonstrate how to establish local partnerships with links between secondary and postsecondary organizations. Trainers will be trained to build capacity of individuals and partnerships to continue work within communities and to disseminate information to additional sites. All project materials will be available on project web site.
