Project Description:

New England INDEX has been asked by the Executive Office of Health and Human Services to provide technical assistance to state staff and consultants developing an online portal on the state's Web site that will provide information and referral to people with disabilities. The component will known as the Aging and Disability Resource Locator (ADIL). INDEX will provide the data on disabilities that the will search and provide technical assistance on the design and accessibility features of the RIL.
