Project Description:
1. A public service announcement was created and disseminated to 50 radio stations. 14 agreed to present it. 2. Various NYS agencies were sent Know the Signs, Act Early brochures created by the Center on Disease Control and Prevention. 3. A developmental pediatrician gave a webinar to WIC staff in NY State and other states, reaching approximately 400 participantes. The title of the talk was "Early Identification of Autism Spectrum Disorders: An Introduction for those who Work with Families." AUCD disseminated the webinar, received many positive evaluations, and archived the webinar on its home page.
