Project Description:

Guam CEDDERS provided continuity in the technical support requested by MOE-SPED to address the provision of technical assistance and consulting services regarding services to the administration of the program and services to children and youth with disabilities and special needs to Palau Special Education Program. A. MOE-SPED completed the annual reporting requirements for MOE-SPED's IDEA Part B State Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report, including incorporating the results from implementing prioritized improvement activities and meeting the public reporting requirements. B. MOE-SPED increased personnel knowledge and skills for providing special education and related services for children with disabilities and their families, including meeting procedural requirements.
