Project Description:

On-Site Assessment for Portales Municipal Schools Observations of the Student in his classroom and, if the parent consents, in the Students home. Conslutant team members may review data taken by Student's teachers, meet with the Student's teachers and related service providers, and with the parent, to help the team to develop a hypothesis as to the causes of the Student's behaviours and to enable the team to recommend to the Individualized Education Plan (IEP) team changes in the Student's educational program and Behavior Intervention Plan. (BIP)
