Project Description:
Encourage youth graduating or almost ready to graduate to look at careers in long-term care, community based services, infant learning programs, and behavioral health programs by offering them stipends for work based learning, participation in Full Lives Conference, and discussions led by staff of the Alaska Alliance for Direct Service Careers. Over 40 students participated in the discussions, 10 students went to Full Lives and 16 students received stipends for work based learning.
