Project Description:

Montana Work Solutions, LLC is a small for-profit provider providing employment planning and supports, community-based jobs, vocational rehabilitation, residential services, social, leisure and recreation, and financial and payee services. To perform this service they: * Target specific company?s needs with an employee who is matched to the job tasks * Negotiate a custom tailored job description and be wiling to adjust for both employer and employee needs * Support current employees and supervisors, which enables them to feel competent supporting the new employee
