ACS Family Advocacy and Support Training Project (FAST): PACER Evaluation
Project Description:
This project will:
1) Assist PACER in developing an evaluation plan and instruments based on the FAST Logic Model and intended outcomes.
2) Conduct an outside evaluation of key project activities and prepare report of findings by December 31, 2010
3) Assist PACER with the development of a protocol for structured focus groups with diverse and underserved families of children with disabilities to gather information on awareness and current access to family support services, and to identify unmet family support needs.
4) Lead a national web-based survey of families of youth with disabilities to determine family support needs to include development of survey questions and analysis and report of conclusions.
