Project Description:
The MDDC Postsecondary Education project will focus on forming a coalition of persosns with disabilities, family members, education officials, disability professionals, and state officials to address the need to increase opportunities for individuals with intellectual/cognitive disabilities to benefit from and fully participate in postsecondary educational opportunities. A needs assessment will be completed to assess existing barriers to participation as well as best practices that are currently operating throughout the state.
