Project Description:
The MDDC Youth Needs Assessment will use a participatory action research design to facilitate focus groups and the implementation of an online survey to assess what the primary issues and needs are of Michigan youth and young adults with disabilities. Six focus groups will be hosted in three locations strategically covering the state. Participants will include youth with disabilities between the ages of 14 and 26. In addition, an online survey will be used to supplement data collected via focus groups.
