Project Description:

Project Focus The Consortium States will collaboratively establish and maintain dispute resolution workgroups in the area of mediation, complaint investigation, and due process hearing. Project Services 1) TAESE will recruit and train special education dispute resolution specialists, including mediators, complaint investigators, and due process hearing officers for State Education Agencies. 2) TAESE will manage travel and reimbursement arrangements for contract dispute resolution specialists in the partner States.
