Project Description:

The purpose of this contract is to enable the CMS National Direct Service Workforce Resource Center (RC) to continue providing three types of technical assistance (TA) on direct service workforce issues (DSW) to CMS, grantees, state and local governments, non-profit organizations, employers and professionals. The types of TA include intensive technical assistance (TA) to states with Money Follows the Person (MFP) demonstration grants that have DSW needs; general TA activities to a broad range of entities; and peer-to-peer learning activities through conference calls as well as face-to-face peer-to-peer learning experiences.
