Project Description:
This project will provide training in the form of workshops, information and tools for adults with developmental disabilities and their families, especially those who are eligible for services and supports from their CMH but are not currently recieving services. Training will be conducted in six regions across the state with support provided by regional collaboratives. Each regional collaborative will establish and implement processes for the following areas: - Outreach and recruitment - Collection and dissemination of materials and project announcements
