Project Description:

The National Government of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM) contracted the services of Guam CEDDERS to provide technical assistance in Local Education Agency (LEA) Applications, State Performance Plan (SPP), Annual Performance Report (APR), and Local Performance Plan (LPP) in areas of Special Education Programs. Guam CEDDERS will provide technical assistance in areas of Special Education Program development and to each FSM state for development and implementation of Local Monitoring Systems consistent with program requirements, assist states and the national government to review and develop state's LPP, SPP and APR; provide training and other needed capacity building activities for both the states and national government's program offices and units handling Special Education Program; and provide focused assistance to the states and national government on program development and implementation.
