Project Description:

Guam CEDDERS supported the facilitation of training and technical assistance in the evaluation of Project DREAMS and PIRC's third year for the Annual Performance Report. Program evaluation activities included the monitoring of the implementation and progress of grant goals and objectives and report outcomes achieved. Technical assistance was provided in the update and implementation of an evaluation plan for Project DREAMS.
