Project Description:

This project will expand community service opportunities as part of transition planning for youth and dramatically increase the participation of youth with disabilities in community service in two states. Throughout the grant period, the processes and outcomes will be documented and community partners. This amount includes funding for the Evaluation portion of the project for the Center for Evaluation & Education Policy at Indiana University.
