Louisiana State Performance Pland/Annual Performance Report Consulting

Project Description:
This consulting contract addresses the need of the LDE to have facilitation for obtaining broad stakeholder input in the State Performance Plan (SPP)/Annual Performance Report (APR) process as required by IDEA. The goal is to facilitate communication between the LDE and the SPP Steering Committee to assist in decision making regarding the targets for performance and strategies for improving performance. The group meets twice a year. The expected benefits are improved communications among constituencies (stakeholders) and the LDE. Additionally the contract includes the goal for assisting the LDE in writing a concise, correct, and clear APR to communicate to OSEP the performance of the LDE in meeting the requirements of IDEA in both improving results for children and youth and compliance.
