Project Description:

The goal for this project is to evaluate the two self-employment models and conduct the overall program evaluation. Additionally, CHD will provide technical assistance to the customized business service teams, including benefits planning and infusing training on self-employment into university course offerings, specifically the Learn as You Earn program. Included in this RSA is project coordination, facilitators, Employment for All, and Business Incubator.
