Project Description:

Guam CEDDERS will provide technical assistance supports to the Guam Department of Education, Division of Special Education, in the development and implementation of prioritized professional development and technical support. 1. Meeting Guam Part B annual reporting requirements related to the Part B State Performance Plan and Annual Performance Report. 2. Conducting an annual survey of parent perceptions regarding the Part B Program. 3. Providing professional development services bsed on priorities established by the Division of Special Education, Part B Program. 4. Managing contractual arrangements for any technical assistance and training provided by off-island consultants, including consultant fees and travel expenses, if required, as approved by the Contract Manager.
