Project Description:
The IDHD conducted an evaluation that looked at access to information and accessibility of services at One-Stop Career Centers throughout Illinois. A customer satisfaction survey was created to gather feedback from people with disabilities regarding their experience at One-Stop Centers. A consumer focus group supplemented the survey data and evaluations of staff trainings were also incorporated. Key findings and recommendations were compiled for the Department of Human Services’ Office of Rehabilitation Services (DHS/ORS).
