Project Description:
Partners for Inclusive Communities provides program evaluation assistance to a variety of agencies and service providers. There are few professionals in the state with expertise in program evaluation, and yet there is a great need for such work. Partners offers grant-writing assistance for evaluation projects not yet funded, and coordinates all aspects of an evaluation project, including: developing an evaluation plan; collecting, managing, and analyzing data; and writing reports/manuscripts.
Partners currently collaborates on the evaluation of many projects, including:
*Early Childhood Mental Health Collaboration Project - an evaluation of the collaboration between Community Mental Health Centers and Early Childhood programs.
*Decision Point - a treatment program for homeless individuals with substance abuse problems
*Expansion of Substance Abuse Treatment for the Benton County Adult Drug Court
*The Medical Home
*Healthy Connections,
and many others
