Project Description:

Project ACATT 2003 will provide comprehensive social work and assistive technology services to 144 indivdiuals with disabilities, to identify the consumer's abilities and community supports, assistive devices that match the consumers abilities with the task needing to be perfomred, and traning necessary to reduce or elimnate the need for city-provided Meals-On-Wheels or Personal Assistance/Homemaker.
