Project Description:

Project DREAMS will have an evaluation plan for year two of PIRC grant that will be submitted as part of the Guam PIRC Annual Performance Report. Guam CEDDERS supports the facilitation of training and technical assistance in program evaluation activities to monitor the implementation and progress of grant goals and objectives and report outcomes achieved; and technical assistance will be provided in the update and implementation of an evaluation plan that includes information about Guam's evaluation process and plans for Project DREAMS.
