Project Description:

Guam CEDDERS will conduct the evaluation component identified within the GIFTS to Guam approved application under the U.S. Department of Substance Abuse & Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), Statewide Family Network Grant. Assessment of the achievement of project goals, objectives and activities, barriers encountered, and measures taken to overcome barriers will be conducted to prepare annual evaluation reports which incorporates collected performance data on relevant National Outcome Measures for Infrastructure as developed and provided by SAMHSA.
