WY SAGE System of Care - Child Mental Health Initiative

The WY Child Mental Health Initiative is a system of care grant, for which WIND is conducting the project evaluation. The intention of the grant is to develop a comprehensive system of care that is child centered, family focused, community based and culturally and linguistically competent. The development of the system of care is the responsibility of a steering committee of key stakeholders. WIND is responsible for project evaluation and will gather baseline data on the present system of care, existing services and family perception of system responsiveness prior to, during, and after the implementation of the system of care. This is 6 year grant.
