The Community Partner?s Council (CPC) is the ?Community Advisory Committee? (CAC) as required by Sec. 154(a,3,E) of the Administration on Developmental Disabilities (ADD) Developmental Disabilities Assistance and Bill of Rights Act of 2000. ADD?s requirements of a CAC include that the committee:

4) Meet as often as necessary to carry out the role of the committee, but at a minimum twice during each grant year.
The CPC serves as a primary mechanism for the voices and needs of Oregonians with disabilities or special healthcare needs and their families, friends and supporters. The CPC is a resource for the UCEDD/OHSU Leadership Team as well as its component centers and projects for information, community connections and ongoing advice.
The UCEDD/OHSU administrative director and other leadership staff will review progress of projects with the CPC Executive Committee quarterly. An annual meeting between the UCEDD/OHSU Leadership Team and the full CPC will focus on reviewing the progress of UCEDD/OHSU meeting its annual goals, developments within UCEDD/OHSU, and emerging issues and opportunities. The CPC will provide its recommendations on whether the goals need to be modified, and if so, the CPC Executive committee will work with UCEDD/OHSU Leadership Team to draft the changes to be submitted to the Administration on Developmental Disabilities.
