Project Description:
The Kentucky Early Childhood Transition Project provides training and support to communities within the state of Kentucky. Project staff provide training and support in collaboration with Regional Training Center staff, First Steps Technical Assistant Teams, Head Start Training and Resource Specialists, Child Care Resource and Referral Network, parent networks, and others as appropriate. KECTP staff also provide technical assistance on transition issues through written correspondence, phone, e-mail, distance learning and on-site within the community. Ongoing training sessions are scheduled throughout the year through the Kentucky Transition Project.
