Project Description:

This project is designed to address the Nebraska DD Council on increasing opportunities for self-directed, flexible services for persons with developmental disabilities and their families. The objective of the grant is to support efforts to increase self-advocacy and leadership of persons with developmental disabilities and their families. The proposed project will expand the number of concerned citizens in Nebraska who will assume leadership roles in advocating for systems improvements for people with disabilities and their families in the state and beyond.
