Project Description:

The SPECS Evaluation Team will consult with and sasist Cen-Clear in developing an assessment and program evaluation model to be used within their Early Head Start and Head Start Programs. Utilizing the SPECS evaluation model Cen-Clear will share data with the SPECS Evaluation Team to be incorporated in the Heinz Pennsylvania Early Childhood Demonstration Project longitudinal evalution.
