        This Policy Research Brief summarizes selected findings of a multi-state assessment of postschool outcomes and community adjustment for young adults with severe disabilities. The study, entitled Nation Transition Study of Individuals with Severe Disabilities Leaving School (NTSSD), was conducted by the Institute on Community Integration at the University of Minnesota, in cooperation with the University of Vermont and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
