A reflection piece about student experience volunteering with Give Kids The World—an organization that aids ill children in making their "wish" come true. This reflection contains our thoughts from the volunteer experience and how it has impacted the future healthcare professionals who also attended this trip. The University of South Dakota has been sending students on this trip for the last five years. We hope to bring awareness to the impact of this trip through our reflection piece.
