Product Description:

Photo album documented the Home- and Community-Based Services (HCBS) Needs Assessment and Public Input session at the Territorial Administration on Aging (TAOA). PCHS staff presented on Money Follows the Person and HCBS, while inclusive-Emergency Management trainees and a Summer Youth Employment Program participant assisted with survey collection. Community input will help strengthen home- and community-based services in American Samoa.
