Product Description:

This project is needed to address gaps in awareness, access, and coordination across systems. By creating structured, inclusive tour experiences, we can better support students with I/DD and their families in transitioning from high school to meaningful pathways in education, employment, and independent living. Ultimately, this work helps ensure that all students regardless of diploma status have the opportunity to explore, prepare for, and pursue their goals beyond high school.
