In this interactive session, you'll be introduced to the Charting the LifeCourse framework, a simple, practical approach to person-centered and family perspective planning. We'll share tools that help families focus on their child's strengths, needs, and goals - both now and for the future. You'll leave with a clearer picture of what a "good life" looks like for families; practical tools you can use right away; and ideas for next steps and supports.
