Product Description:
Angelman Syndrome mice have evidence of constipation, likely mediated by altered UBE3A+ enteric nerves. Supplementation with Tb could restore GI physiology, and locomotor activity, but this benefit was potentially not due to restoration of the gut microbiome. These findings provide insight into potential future therapeutic targets through the MGB axis for AS patients.
