Product Description:

The Alaska Brain Injury Needs Assessment Survey was open from 08/01/24 to 09/30/24. Three survey tracks focused on the experiences of 1) individuals with brain injury, 2) their family members, caregivers, or guardians, and 3) medical or service providers. Survey findings were used to inform the FY26-FY30 Alaska State Plan for Brain Injury. These summary survey results and the State Plan are available on the Brain Injury State Partnership Program website or by contacting CHD.
