The following case studies highlight schools' and families' experiences in the seamless transition pilot. The last two case studies consist of collective family insights and interagency teams' learning experiences across pilot locations. This eighth case study highlights the collective experiences of interagency teams and how they strengthened their bonds with one another and families. They shared their experiences proceeding with limited resources and what they would need to continue this work.
