• A law school Professor refused to allow me advanced access to in-class PowerPoints, a disability accommodation considered reasonable by the University's Disability Office under the ADA. • The Professor reasoned that complying with my accommodation was against her "pedagogical preferences" in part because she worried about a "gap between law school accommodations and the practice of law."
