Participants will discuss The Classroom Assessment Scoring System® (CLASS) dimensions used throughout the parallel process contributing to a culture of continuous improvement among coaches. Participants will be provided examples of how the Missouri Quality Assurance team applies the parallel process to their work with coaches. Participants will discuss possible challenges and generate solutions to plan for application of the parallel process in their daily context.
