A 30-minute presentation which reviews a 10 years span of violations founded by the Office for Civil Rights. The research provides insights as to the highest areas of violations and helps administrators and legal counsel to focus on common areas of concern, allowing them to proactively develop trainings, policies, and procedures which comply with civil rights laws.
