        Product Description:
In this article, we utilize an approach from epidemiology to explore what is known and not known in Down syndrome. Most studies so far have focused on prevalence, mortality-life expectancy, and rates of diseases. We show how an epidemiological approach can shed light on family issues (e.g., divorce) and on more practical, service-related issues (e.g., amount, timing, length, and costs of early hospitalization).
