A scoping literature review was undertaken as part of a multiphase study leading to the design of a testable intervention to guide schools' administration of transfer of rights to students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in ways that support students' achievement of positive postsecondary outcomes in education, employment, and community.
