As a result of COVID-19, onsite job visits and in-person meetings with individuals and their employers have been curtailed, and are not always necessarily possible or advisable. However, employment service providers can continue to provide quality employment supports, without the same level of direct physical access to individuals, workplaces, employers and other key team members. This brief provides a variety of strategies.
